some things to note for the upcoming chalet! (2th march - 4th march)
1. meeting up!
rinku will be meeting at TANAH MERAH MRT at 2pm!, and they will catch the 2.30pm shuttle bus in.
IF you are unable to meet them, here are the other timings for the shuttle bus that will going into NSRCC:
(A) To NSRCCL Tanah Merah MRT Exit A (Taxi Stand - Direction leading towards Bedok)

2. upon reaching chalet!
our chalet unit is 38 (highlighted in yellow in the map below)
here is the map of it, it's near the swimming pool.

3. ENTERTAINMENT!
pls bring whatever entertainment you want, mainly DVDs & games!
there are facilities such as, swimming pool, gym, bowling etc etc. we need something we can do inside the chalet.
if anyone has twisters/taboo, pls bring hor!
movies, just bring as much as you can then we can have a wide variety to choose from!
pls don't assume others will bring, if everyone thinks this way ah, we will have nothing to do except playing icebreaking games in chalet ah.
4. IMPORTANT!
fun aside.
okay, there will be a meeting at 9pm on 3rd March 2009.
(this timing because, not everyone can stayover)
pls try to cook all the bbq food by 8.55pm, so all of us can settle down for meeting.
we can also eat during the meeting.
this meeting is to finalize everything, like teeshirts designs, empire identity & other stuffs u wish to highlight.
so i'll need someone to KINDLY (: collate & print all the available designs. just one copy of each design will do!
